Job Description

  • Design, build, and maintain large-scale AI infrastructure to support the development, training, and deployment of AI models.
  • Automate the entire ML pipeline: from data ingestion, training, and evaluation to product deployment.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and backend developers to optimize CI/CD workflows for AI services.
  • Develop monitoring systems for model performance and system reliability.
  • Manage and secure GPU clusters (cloud/on-premise) to ensure high performance and availability.
  • Build containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) for reproducible model deployment.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare data security standards (HIPAA, FHIR) for MedTech applications.
  • Research and implement best practices in MLOps, model versioning, and continuous training.

 This role sits at the heart of the “AI for Life” strategy — where DevOps not only manages infrastructure but also shapes how AI operates safely, reliably, and responsibly in healthcare and society.

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in DevOps / MLOps / Cloud Infrastructure (AI/ML experience preferred).
  • Proficiency with CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD
  • Experience with containerization & orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Strong knowledge of ML workflow tools: MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, or equivalent.
  • Good scripting skills (Python, Bash) and proficiency with Terraform, Ansible
  • Solid understanding of model deployment techniques: REST API, gRPC, Triton, TorchServe.
  • Experience with AWS / GCP / Azure and on-prem GPU systems.
  • Familiarity with system security, monitoring, and networking.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work in teams, and write technical documentation.
  • Strong English skills for reading, comprehension, and technical reporting.
